Myovant Sciences SMS Texting Terms and Conditions
The Myovant Sciences Patient Support Program SMS Texting Terms and Conditions are applicable to individuals who have subscribed and consented to receive text messages from Myovant Sciences, Inc. and its affiliates, subsidiaries, employees, or agents. These individuals have granted Myovant Sciences Inc. permission to send them automated text messages from Myovant Sciences to the enrolled mobile phone number(s) through their wireless phone carrier.
The individual will receive periodic messages from Myovant Sciences Patient Support Program SMS texting related to their medication. Message and data rates may apply.
As part of enrollment into the Myovant Sciences Patient Support Program SMS texting, an individual may contact Myovant Sciences for technical assistance or to request an additional text message that will include relevant contact information by replying “HELP” to the text message received. Additionally, an individual can opt-out of the Myovant Sciences Patient Support Program SMS texting by replying “STOP” from their mobile phone. The individual will receive one last confirmation text message from Myovant Sciences stating that they will no longer receive text messages from that short code.
Individuals must immediately notify Myovant Sciences if their mobile phone number changes. The Myovant Sciences SMS texting program is not liable for any communication or transmission of information via text which occurs as a result of a change to a mobile phone number that is not reported. Using password-protected mobile devices and enabling encryption, if available, is recommended.
